"I’ve been to only a few brunch spots where they serve quality thick bacon. I was extremely impressed. The fruit cup also had really good fruit and the chicken was so fricken juicy! Not to mention the biscuits. Huge portion. Highly recommend!"
"We absolutely loved our Brunch here! This was such a fun quirky environment. Obviously the biscuits were delicious, but we were surprised how much we loved the Biscuit French Toast! Quite possibly the best french toast I have ever had. The syrup and biscuit combination was just something else. We also really loved the jam bar with so many different jams. We can't say enough good things about it."
"I had heard this place was good, but it exceeded my expectations. This was the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. The gravy was slightly spicy and very flavorful. The maple bacon latte was delicious but way too sweet for my liking. I was delighted to see that they put an actual piece of bacon in the latte. The bacon itself was chewy, thick and super delicious. On top of all of this, they have cat art everywhere! I loved this place."
"My wife read about this breakfast place before we made our trip to North Carolina. We flew in and drove there before checking in at our hotel. The line didn’t seem too long but then you find out how small the place is and it’s daunting. But we stayed and it was worth it. I understand why in just a few years it has become locally famous and makes it into Asheville brochures. Trust me, go, stand in line, and get the filthy animal biscuit. Best I have ever had anywhere. Plenty of food and parking is acceptable. The staff is very friendly considering the crush of patrons they have to deal with."
"We planned to come here for brunch. We were a little intimidated because it was very busy, and there was a line out of the door. All of the tables looked full, and I was worried about where we’d sit. When we ordered, the people working made sure we had a place to sit, which eased a lot of my tension! I ordered the Filthy Animal, and my boyfriend got the Pulled Pork Biscuit. I also got a side of home fries to try, because I love home fries. The biscuits we got actually were more than enough, so the side was not necessary in hindsight. Mine was incredibly savory and flavorful, and it kept me full for half the day! Each aspect of the meal went super well together. I found that these foods were very creative and tasty. I would definitely recommend trying something here!"
