"Sorry cook, had ordered 2 Philly cheese sandwich with hash browns , Couldn't eat it cause bread was soggy with grease no onions which I asked for, they brought me onions, ha , maybe a teaspoon of em. To top it off neither hash browns or sandwich was eatable. Service was OK and apologetic, but food royally SUCKED"

"Tonight December 30, 2023 the sever my family had was not the best. He didn’t even have a name tag on and our food tonight was horrible. The guy was short with short curly hair and was rude near the end of our meal. I don’t think I will ever be going back. I’d rather go out a little farther to go to a different Waffle House. My daughter’s waffle wasn’t fully done and it was still doughy in the middle. The hash browns we got were burnt and the bacon was burnt. I can understand if a place is understaffed but tonight was ridiculous. I was looking forward to having a good waffle and a nice time with family but it wasn’t good at all and I never complain about how Waffle House food has been until tonight."

"We used to go to the Waffle House in Easley a lot for our take out, but the last few times we've gone, we end up not getting what we've ordered or we're missing items. We will definitely NOT go back again. This Waffle House has gone downhill."

"We get better service at this Waffle House than any 5 star restaurant we’ve been to. The food and service is always 10 out of 10! The cook that was there tonight was KILLING IT. Super busy but the “rockstar grill operator” was truly a rockstar! We will be back!"
