"Had a flat on a Saturday as I was leaving Lumberton, N.C. out on I-95. It was impossible to navigate all the Google tire repair/road service pages. Many businesses were closed 11-27-2021Unfotunatly My car runs two different size tires, and after calling numerous advertised tire service shops not a one could find me a common size tire. JB is the only place that finally got back to me.after numerous calls/answering machine promised ,"someone would contact me shortly"Never happened. Finally sent a msg with a bawling emoji, and got feedback. The person msng said nah, can't help you man. Three stars for at least the msg."

"We had an accident in a really bad snowstorm and the roadside assistance was convinced we just had a flat tire so wouldn't send anybody out. I called John and he brought an extra car to pick my husband, myself, and our three kids up and deliver us safely to a hotel and then took our van to Smith's Autobody to get repaired. He was an absolute lifesaver. If you need towing in Lumberton call John."
