Our voucher program allows organizations to send people in need of clothing to our stores for free. Union County Social Services, Monroe Pregnancy Center, and the Union County Homeless Shelter are just a few of the institutions we work with.
Good Steward Ministries Ghana is our distribution outlet where we send excess donations. We work with the Osenase Orphanage and the Ghana Prisons Service to minister to over 45,000 incarcerated individuals. "If its a ministry, why not help those that can't help themselves. Have been n the store a man was asking for help and was turn away. If it wasn't for donations it wouldn't be a business. Why not give back sometime without a price"
"I use to love shopping at this thrift store but they have went up to insane prices on nearly everything. Any name brand clothing they get they will put on the front racks at ridiculous prices. I've even found some shirts on this rack that had holes in them. Shoes use to all be the same price but if they are anything name brand they jack the prices up. The baby clothing is the only thing i shop for in there now because they are still 25 cents ea. but I won't consider buying anything else that's at a high price of items that were donated to them. It's one thing to resale donations but at the least keep it at a decent price. Either way you're already making a profit off of these donated item."
"Used to Love this store but things have gotten pricey for second hand items. Plus the quality of the items don't meet the price. $8.99 for beef jerky that's over a year outta date is crazy. $25 for heavily used stained work boots."
"My experience here was more than enough for me to say, I’ll definitely be back. Wendy was wonderfully helpful and such a dear angle. So thankful this store is here, it’s truly a blessing that keeps on giving to many families!!!"
