Five Below 542 John Ross Parkway, Rock Hill, SC 29730

"I used to like this store. Lately, it seems as if the employees are lazy. The store always looks a mess, and that's any 5 below, not just Rock Hill. Then the self check out experience always feels like some teenager is getting told they have to sell bags for a metric. On my last visit, they told me they ran out of bags, so " if I wanted a bag, you'll have to pay only 35cents for one. It's cool. I'll buy less and use my pockets for the few things I did get. Probably, I will not be back. 5 below needs to fix their customer interaction and service, or lack thereof."

"Fun store for kids looking for candy or small toys. Also has a good cosmetic and accessory section. I'm always surprised by what I find there when I go with my kids. I enjoy the different candy selection, they have some odd but tasty treats."

"Store was very cluttered. In addition I paid $72 for my purchase and was followed out of the store and asked for my receipt (which I handed to her) yet I was accused of stealing. The girl said "were you at the end register I said yes. Then she said so your purchase did not work and you just walked out" I was confused but my husband who had been paying attention said no that was the other couple and they are now at the front register purchase because they could not get the register to work. Someone needs to pay more attention to her job and not falsely accuse someone of stealing. Merry Flippin Christmas!!"

"Staff was very nice! Even right before closing time, they were still very helpful. Only doing 4 star because I’ve been to other locations that have more options! I always recommend for people to go check it out."
