"as a customer and a prior business owner I value cus6tomer service. that being said this is the hardest working shop this side of the south they go above and beyond. kind people with a passion to fix... I love the store so much had to become part of the team...if you've ever read a bad review just know it was the customer not the shop because on numerous occasions i have seen them bend over backwards come with a positive attitude and you'll always be welcomed with an open ear and someone who knows how to fix anything...and i mean anything I'm a fix factor customer for life."

"I went to tmobile to fix my phone, they can't fix it, and i went to other repair store on south tryon, they told me will cost me a new phone, came here to fixfactor and the guy name ahmed he is sweet and honest and fixed my phone in 2 minutes and charge me nothing and explain to me that the cable only disconnected and they connected and boom working and no charge. If i ever wanted anything to fix first and only place will go to is here"

"Tried this place, since I often try to support independent smaller business, and they turned out to be absolute crooks. Not only did he not repair my device properly, but he actually did additional physical damage to it. The next step will be to file a police report for property damage. Stay very far away, and take your electronics to a reputable shop. Edit: the owner is also apparently a pathological liar, based on his reply to this review. He has never been to my house, at this point, no law enforcement has been involved and he never offered compensation for the broken device."

"Ahmed Malak did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job of repairing my laptop.. He has an amazing grasp of computer technology and wasted no time in repairing the problem(s) and then explaining to me, in terms that I could understand, what he had done. He is quite easy to work with and does what he says he will do. His fee was more than reasonable and it was a pleasure to work with him."
