"We had an amazing experience here! We arrived shortly after it opened in the morning and purchased a “super” bucket. As advertised, it had an outstanding assortment of gems and fossils! Our son spent more than an hour making discovery after discovery. The employee who helped us, Keenan, was knowledgeable and attentive, and he managed to answer every one of our son’s inexhaustible questions. "We came here with a Groupon deal and absolutely loved it. We had a party of five and they were not overcrowded at all. The buckets were large and we got a ton of nice gems here. We went and fed the fish and turtles and bought a few things from the gift shop. Walked down to the river and found an old antique medicine bottle that is now my new flower vase. Fun times for all!! The staff was very friendly and helpful!"
