"My husband and I ordered to go. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, and tomato only. No mayo.I got the pot roast with mashed potatoes, and pinto beans. With corn muffins. I had him tell the order to me to make sure he had it correct. He did have it correct. My husband went and picked it up. His bacon cheeseburger no mayo lettuce and tomato only had mayo on it, no bacon, and no tomato. My pot roast was the worst pot roast I've ever had! The corn muffins was hard as rocks! This is the 3rd time of getting bad food from them! For what we paid, I expected better food! They used to have really good food. Not anymore! More attention should be on the quality of the food!"

"My husband and I went this morning We stood in line waiting 30 minutes to be seated. The hostess had to clear tables along with seating people. The waitress we had was absolutely trying her best to give the best service she could with being overwhelmed with the situation of being shorthanded. Her attitude was awesome. We waited 45 minutes for our food that was cold. Clearly there were problems in the kitchen and the management seemed to be walking around not doing very much to help with the problems. He did bring our food and was very clueless on what he needed to do. We had ate at this same location about 1 month ago and experienced the exact same issues. I know this day and time being shorthanded is a given but I think a change in management we go along ways. I am hopeful this situation can be resolved."

"We were greeted by an amazing host, Tim who was courteous and friendly. Upon being sat, it took 12 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order by that time we were able to provide the whole order. Even though it was a long period of time, we were still okay being able to watch, observe and chat with others around us. The challenge came with our food, although the food quality and taste were great, the length of time for waiting was 42 minutes and our waitress did not bring it but a fellow team member. With my meal, I was suppose to get a biscuit, I requested it and was told they were in the oven. This may have been true but it was amazing how others all around us were getting biscuits and cornbread delivered to their table. A lady who appeared to be a manager came and ask how our experience was, I shared although the food was good I was still waiting on my biscuit. My husband and I finished our meal, at which time the manager came out with three biscuits and said well you can have it for dessert. Although I remain a fan of Cracker Barrel, the management style could be a little more polished when dealing with customers."
