"Was shown a truck with bald tires and engine knock. Sales person had absolutely no personality and seemed to be bothered by us being there. I was up front in saying I had 22k in cash to buy. I was shown the very worst truck on the lot. We just went through a fire at Christmas. List home and truck with minimal insurance. This was told to the Sales Manager and as David the sales manager said their TOP salesmen. My guess is no women work there. There was no condolences and absolutely no I am sorry to hear this. We were treated as if we just walked off the street. We would have been treated better at Clyde’s super deal used and abused cars. Do yourself a favor. Keep driving. Maybe down the road that have personality. This place does not"

"The customer service seemed to be top notch upon arrival, that quickly turned into strong arm tactics and slightly broken insults about what we could afford. With a credit score of over 800, we found it insulting. We did end up getting a truck that we had to return the very next day due to the rear end coming out. I certainly would NEVER recommend Duvall Ford in Clayton Georgia to anyone"
