"I consider myself to be somewhat of a connoisseur of the sandwich arts. I love sandwiches and with no exaggeration I tell you that the Marvelous Marvin was the BEST sandwich I’ve ever eaten. It was glorious. We stumbled across this place randomly on the way from Greenville to Roanoke. We stopped for lunch and I’m glad we did. The service was kind and attentive. We were promptly and warmly welcomed at the outdoor table we’d chosen and our dog was presented a large bowl of ice water almost immediately. The atmosphere had all the charm and character you’d hope to find and I can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks for lunch!! We’ll be back."
