"Really huge store with a great selection, but only one employee in the whole store?? This poor girl was taking balloon orders, answering questions, AND checking everyone out at the same time! She did the best she could, but we had to wait at least 20 minutes to pay for our items."

"The staff was friendly, bought a bundle of balloons. Two foil numbers and 12 latex. The latex balloons was purchased at 2:30pm on the 25th, the begin to defilat at 9:30 am on the 26th. I believe if the A.C. in the house wasn't so cold probably would have lasted longer. Thanks Party City, you rock!"

"I have been shopping here for a long time. They have cute products, but they are often wildly overpriced. My reason for writing this is the customer service. I never leave reviews because I work retail and I know how it can be, but this place is awful. You will often see workers at the registers ignoring customers, on their phones, they often can't answer simple questions. The products never have prices. Ever. My last trip I was going to use a promo that was online and said online and in store. The cashier told me I had to have a barcode, but it wouldn't produce one. I tried to place the order online for what I had in my hand, but one of the items showed out of stock and wouldn't let me order it. The cashier told me it wasn't their fault that their inventory was off and also wouldn't over ride the price even though I couldn't order online. For the record I think the company doesn't care about complaints. They have no email, when I tried to use their text chat they disconnected from me as I was explaining the issue. So if you want over priced party supplies and to be totally ignored, hit up Party City."
