"Customer service is everything. So, even though the prices are overall really great, it doesn’t make up for the fact that the employees are always talking on their phones and act like you’re an annoying inconvenience. The last time I was in there, the employee was even on the phone with the owner, and I waited for over a minute (while she clearly saw me waiting) to ask a simple question. Some music playing or something would be nice as well. Just some thoughts!"

"My mom and grandmother were in the shop looking at clothes for my brothers and the women at the front desk came up to my mom and started following her saying she would hate for stuff to go missing at this point my mother had enuff and we started to leave as soon as we got outside the dame women came outside and took all the racks of clothing inside."

"I visited Mommy and Me for the first time not long ago....and it definitely Won't be my last! My daughter is pregnant with my first grandchild so I wanted to see what they had. Everything was well organized and I Love how it's separated into boys/girls. I was helped by Paiton, she was wonderful and very helpful with telling me how much everything was ( the $1, $3, $5 sale) She was very cheerful and happy I found what I was looking for."

"I absolutely love this store, the prices are incredible and they have great selection. I want to buy all by baby’s clothes from here but I think they wash the clothes in a detergent that has a very strong scent. I can’t get the scent out of the clothes with multiple washings, I’ve tried vinegar, baking soda and different tricks, but nothing works the scent is so strong. Our household is very sensitive to scents, please please please switch to unscented detergent. I would love to continue shopping where but I can’t do it with the strong scent on the clothes."
