"I moved to asheville about a year ago now and this was one of the first places I went. Since I first stepped in the door I have been treated with kindness and care, not as a customer but as a friend. These people have helped me through many of the life events I have experienced this year. Justin, who is a wonderful and kind soul, will sit and talk with me when I need it, giving me a shoulder to cry on when I need it, and being kind when im in a dark place. Tom is always chill and has really cool vibes, really elevating the mood of the entire place. Chris is always friendly when I come in, a smile on his face, ready to listen. Raven sat down with me when I lost my cat, helping me through the worst heartbreak I experienced in my life, she helped me move on and keep going when I needed it the most. Shana (forgive me if that's spelled wrong) is also very kind, talking to me when I come in late after my shift, helping me stabilize after a long day. Every time I come here I am awed by the fact that there is so much kindness in one building, I used to have so much anxiety but when I go here I feel at home, because the people there have cared for me when I have needed it most. I have waited a long time to post a review trying to gather enough experience to properly tell people how amazing these people are. "I came in when they first opened, the staff was so welcoming and helpful, Jordan helped me find the right product that I was looking for! I have been to plenty of other shops around town and this one by far is the nicest and most educated when you have questions! I would definitely stop if you are headed through town!"

"I was very disappointed with my visit today. Asked to look at the jar of dip n stix and was told oh were pulling that one for some reason. So they take it off the shelf right in front of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was denied and told oh it's been pulled for your "safety". I Wasn't' very convinced. If you know something was wrong it first should have shown up in the lab results before you ever put it on display for sale. I've also noticed the flower is always super dry. Finally I'm not sure what you consider "exotic" but what you're selling as exotic is just not that high a quality. I'm from CA so I know. Not sure if I'll be back after this experience."
