"These guys are what a used car dealership should be they might not have something for everyone there laid back not trying to talk you in to something you don't want"
"Bought a vehicle from this place around 2 years ago. From the start it had an internal ticking noise that turned out to be a mechanism in the vents. We thought, not a huge deal if it ran right. We immediately noticed the check engine light came on as we test drove it and it was informing us the oil pressure was low. We came back another day and they supposedly had fixed it...no check engine light. We bought it thinking it was good to go around $4500 cash. Long story short at this point in time we have more than doubled that in repairs. From the lifters (several times), oil pump, spark plugs, alternator, oxygen sensor, oil pan, fan, serpentine belt (both belts), battery etc..now the check engine light is on and has been for a while and also the airbag light. Periodically it tells us to service the stabilitrak. We just recently found out its current state of rough idling, loud knocking and loss of power could be a bad rod. So at this point, undrivable without a new motor. Stay away!"
"I had been searching for the right car for months. Me and my husband stopped by here to check out the cars. We test drive a 2011 Chrysler T&C. When the man went to start it it took it a minute to start. I figured it was the battery because it had been sitting. The man tells us he has a new battery coming that day that the van currently had a smaller battery. We drove it, drove great. Great condition. We decide we want it. We put money down, leave and he'll call us when the new battery comes. Go back that afternoon purchase it in full cash. Leave go straight to the tag office, come out and the car won't start. Crank it a few times it finally does. Drive home. Go to stote later on it won't start. Go to start it the next morning and it's completely dead. Mechanic says we need a fuel pump. We replace it, go the next morning and it's dead and still not starting right after being jumped off. My husband calls b&s and he pretty much just says sorry. Take it back to my mechanic and we we realize it needs a full fuse box replacement. (Not cheap). Call b&s and tell him. He seems to know the battery didn't hold a charge when he had it but he "thought" he fixed it. Told me it held a change when I left. Obviously that's why he got a new battery. Still doesn't seem remorseful at all about me buying a car and it being in the shop the very next day. He offers to buy a used fuse box and that's it. Doesn't offer to get it put in or anything. We get the fuse box a week later. Get it put it and my back up camera doesn't work or my front blinkers. It's disappointing more than anything. He could have been honest from the start. I understand it's a used car lot but don't tell someone it's all good and then they have to spend close to a 1000 dollars more the next day while it sits in the shop for almost 2 weeks and really just say sorry. Not s good look for a business. Now i have to spend MORE money to figure out the next problem. What do you know I've had the car back for one week exactly and it's back in the shop. Completely shut off while driving down the road. Could have been seriously hurt. Absolutely ridiculous."
"HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY disappointed in this “dealership”. This place is a joke. Sold me a car with transmission issues. ABSOLUTELY no oil in the car. Had to get an oil change ONE day after getting the car. Car is getting stuck in first gear. I’m a female with no knowledge of cars or any family around to help me. These guys new this. I test drove two cars on his lot. Fell in love with one and now I haven’t even paid the loan office one payment and my car is falling apart. Called to ask him if he could recommend a place to get it looked at and he said NO. What? A “dealership” doesn’t know of anyone to look at a car. Definitely do not buy from this place."
"Very thorough and Very friendly. You can tell this is a family business as they make you feel at home ! We have bought several cars from them. Would highly recommend to anyone ! It’s easy to see why they have been in business for 40 + years."
