"I purchased a belt in April 2023 and was given a delivery dated of 20 weeks. In August I reveived a letter stating that due to unforeseen circumstances my belt would be not deliver ed until November. Fast foward, now is January 2024 I have called both numbers on his business card, text and emailed. No responsed has been received. This is completely unprofessional and I would NOT recommend you purchasing from this shop."

I too was getting concerned when nothing arrived during the quoted 15-20 week delivery period, but today (after 24 weeks), I received a letter explaining the issues that this small business has faced with both personal and supply chain issues. I really appreciated that communication and will gladly wait until the estimated delivery in October (30+ weeks) knowing that they have refused to give up in the face of adversity, or compromise on the quality of their products. In this world of instant gratification, please continue to support artisans while we still have the opportunity to do so."

I've called both the phone numbers listed on the business card- no answer and the voicemail boxes are full. Emailed to the listed email address, no response. Texted to both numbers, no response. Got a feeling we just lost $180."
