"I came here and put a $1000.00 down payment on a 2007 Chevrolet HHR. I am severely disappointed that this dealership is even allowed to operate. They tried to charge me nearly $2000.00 more than what they had the car listed for. Which is false advertising. Upon realising this, I asked Alfredo(owner) to honor the price that he had so fervently been advertising on his facebook page, he blatantly refused, but quickly offered to refund my down payment. He wrote me a check, when the bank opened I reluctantly went to cash it, and was told that the check bounced. I had to have several people go up there with me, and threaten to report his dealership in order to obtain my refund in cash. He was extremely rude and unapologetic throughout this entire process. Do not buy a car here, there are much better "buy here, pay here" dealerships in Asheville."

"Don't buy a car from these people!!!! They took my down payment and was supposed to fix a few little things but instead they tried to sell that same car to someone else even after having my down payment. Then they didn't want to give me my money back until I mentioned calling the cops, they were very rude! T&J auto sales was much better! Better vehicles, better prices, and alot nicer!!!"

"Worst place to buy a car!!! I put a down payment on a jeep, I never drove it off the lot it had an issue and I was told it could easily be fixed in a day. They ended up taking over a week and it still wasn't fixed. So asked for a refund and got handed a check dated for the next week went to cash it and check bounced. When I called to find out why they hung up on me and wouldn't answer calls afterwards. I had to threaten to call cops to get my $2000 back. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone."

"I've been communicating with the "owner", and I even drove to the lot (over an hour away) twice, to check out vehicles that were not as described. I came to see a "clean, never been in an accident" van. It had water damage on the ceiling (flood vehicle) . I see another vehicle that is acceptable for my job. . Do I message and ask a question or two (I need to ask questions because I can't just drive over there) I ask a question or two, and then I an blocked. I was a follower of their business on social media, even referred a friend with a trade in. That's not how you treat customers, that is not professional at all. I'm very disappointed and upset for many miles traveled, lost and wasted time"

"They were nice but the car was not in the condition described and it was running on fumes. They need to put more work into their cars before listing. In addition to car being mechanically unsound the car was dirty and smelled of mildew, the carpet badly needed shampooing and needed to be aired out. When I pointed out the car was in bad mechanical shape after test driving the reply was 'that's why it's cheap.' I assumed it would be rough around edges for price but car was barely driveable and likely would need major repairs. It did not 'drive great' as they repeatedly claimed in messages. They also need to put out more gravel as the parking area was muddy. Most of their cars were in rough condition and few had prices visible. Seemed like nice folks but they need to rethink their business model and do more to prepare their cars for sales before listing them."
