"About 3 hours drive from greater Raleigh area this place has some best Indian Street Style food. I would suggest to always dine in if possible to enjoy these savory Indian delicacies. The food is very flavorful and authentic. I would recommend Aloo Tikki Chat Pav Bhaji Paneer Tikka Roll I ordered Dahi Puri but it was on a sweet side make sure you customize your dishes when ordering. Worth the visit and must try on your next visit to Asheville. The Jal Jeera soda is also very good which aids in digestion too."
"Amazing Indian street food experience. Great service. From the very nice hosts at the front...to the servers (Marla was great!)...this place is very well worth the wait. Keep in mind this is not the traditional Indian food experience. They do have two classic dishes for lunch, but the rest of the menu is sandwiches, wraps, and street food you can't really find anywhere else. The sodas are awesome! Pineapple turmeric was really good!"
"Food is good! But, it’s highly overrated! Not worth the wait! Wait time is very high on any weekend! Food options are very limited! Some dishes are sub par! Chicken pakora is not up to the mark at all! Okra fry is good! Most dishes are good but nothing extraordinary! Everyone in our group felt the same! Parking situation is terrible! If you are visiting as a group, plan to be sit atleast for an hour!"
"INCREDIBLE!! Wait time to a table was 25 minutes, but the food and service exceeded my expectations entirely. We were a 11 person party seated outside and our server, Jen, was so patient and gracious of our huge order. Every one of the dishes was more authentic Indian food than I’ve had in America yet. The okra fries and kale pakora were standout winners, and the other dishes were super flavorful as well. Definitely coming back, this restaurant is worth the wait."
"No wonder this place is voted the best Indian restaurant in the US. The wait was for a while to get a table and seated. But, the taste was worth the wait though. Okra fries, SPDP and lamb burgers were highlight and goes well with the cardamom old fashioned. Would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite with family and friends. The wait times might seem crazy at time depending on when you arrive at the location. But, TRUST ME! THE TASTE IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED."
