"Manager needs to either train staff better or hire better people. Man-child at returns doesn't know policy and is very disrespectful. Another employee had attitude and was clearly intoxicated. Everyone else was on their phone, sitting in a corner and hardly know what they are talking about every time I have gone in. Lazy, why is management allowing this?"

"Great little hardware store, as a plumber it can often be difficult to find a store that has what you need in more rural areas without having to travel 20+ miles to a supply house. This little store has a great assortment for almost any job around the house including some hard to find items. Check em out."

"I moved to the area in April 2018 and have been remodeling and doing repairs. I am a true believer of using local businesses and have spent hundreds of dollars and recommended Oxford's to everyone. I have always been treated very nice by the employees. However today I needed to exchange two $2.49 packages of Screen Spline do to it being the wrong size. I did not ask for my money back . But because I didn't have my receipt. The owner who I have only dealt with one other time refused to accommodate me. I have more projects to complete but I will no longer be using Oxford's. She is losing a loyal customer over $5.00."
