"My husband and I come to Gatlinburg several times a year. We love it there and don't usually have a bad experience. My husband has a prosthesis for his leg and can't walk too far so he has an electronic chair. For some reason his chair's battery waa getting low coming up the parkway and needed recharging our closest store was myricks leather so we asked if he could recharge there . The lady who i think was the manager wanted to know how long it would take if we borrowed their electric outlet. When we said maybe 15 minutes she got all hesitant and was not helpful after that so we said ok and thankful we made it to Howard's who most graciously helped us so we made it a point to buy from their store. We would have bought something from myricks if they had let us use their power for just a little while but as this person was so indifferent to my husband's needs be well assured that i will never buy anything from them and let anyone know not to. It really hurts that this establishment could not be gracious enough to help with our needs as my husband can not walk much and depend on power to enjoy time in Gatlinburg Myricks Leather in Gatlinburg is not a caring person sorry to run on but it really hurts"
