"I tried to get a spray in bedliner installed. Requested a quote online and called several times over multiple days to set it up. No answer to my calls, no response to my online quote request. I ended up going to the other guys. UPDATE The manager did reach out to me after seeing this review and assured me that a response to my email inquiry was sent and that staff were available and answering phones the days that I called."

"Needed a bed liner in my new truck. My appointment was for first thing in the morning. My truck was almost immediately taken in and started on. I was given a time of six hours and they were right on point. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the pleasant staff answering all my questions before work was done."

"Owner wasn't there to deliver car knowing there was issues with the bedliner. When I called him, he seemed to have no concern for his customers or the job they did. They lost the main bushing that keeps the tailgate in place, which I had had to order from the dealer. They said I could search their shop for it. When I went to leave, the battery was dead and the employee there had to jump it. Also they had no actual receipt for me with the business name on it, just a generic receipt which later came up on my statement as Wheel City Tire. Very unprofessional."
