"I feel ripped off by this company. I left my car in over night for a check engine light. Without telling me the cost or what they would do they replaced my oxygen sensor and charged me nearly $500. Other shops I asked said it would cost less than half that. The part they charged me $300 for goes for ~75. I understand there has to be a mark-up but this was just unreasonable. I was ripped off. Do not recommend."

"6 months ago I called Cox to see if they had Toyota techstream software to fix brake systems, they said they did so I brought my car to them to fix a brake light issue. I asked them to make sure the abs buzz and lights were out. They replaced the booster and master cylinder, which took care of the buzz for $1400, but the lights were still on. They told me that I would need to replace the abs actuators and to take care of the lights, for another $1200. Last week I brought the car back to have the actuator replaced, after a couple of days I called them for an update, to which they say that I'll need to take the car to a dealership because they don't know what is causing the lights. They said that the dealership would have a better system to determine the issue. That's a lot of money for a less than effective solution that will definitely cost me more at the dealership."

"I LOVE THIS SHOP!! I live 2 hours away from Asheville but was buying a Jeep there from an individual and needed someone to take a very detailed look at it. All the Jeep shops were booked out till next month. That’s when a Google search brought me across this amazing place. They too were booked up and very busy but the owner made a way to get my Jeep in. The info I got after the check made me feel very confident about the purchase so I bought it and love it. I’m bummed I live so far away or this shop would be my go to. You definitely need to check them out!!"
