"Swan’s Tire turned a very stressful day into an easy, affordable fix! My tire was completely flat and they were happy to check their inventory to make sure they had the right size when I called - something I’ve gotten attitude over or refusal to do in the past, if I could even get someone on the phone. The man up front was very polite and told me wait time and cost up front! I enjoyed fresh coffee while I waited and will definitely be coming back here for future tire needs :) it was affordable and quick! As a woman, I often have anxiety around how I will be treated/charged when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair, so I really appreciate my experience here."

"Looking for quality with honest work done on your tires... Swans Tire House Inc is the place for you!!! I was traveling 6hrs from out of town into Asheville. I had an emergency and the owner was quick to order new tires for a great price, super quick and great quality work. While I waited I was offered to self serve coffee and free wifi. On top of the great service, the owner was very honest about one tire still being in great shape and suggested I keep it for other emergency needs. I couldn’t be more thankful!!
