Reviews
"Their prices in shelf don’t match what rings up. I noticed a dollar difference in price but couldn’t get refund and they never corrected it! Don’t go here go over to Dollar Tree"
"Haven't left a review for a Dollar General before, but this one is worth the time to write. I assumed it would be the usual DG, so hadn't visited before. We are pleasantly surprised by how much is in this store. It even has home goods, many coolers with cold drinks, many $1 items such as candy and snacks, crafts, a grocery section including produce, ice, pet food and items, and the usual DG goods for home and vehicle. It's helpful to have a store this well stocked in Andrews. There is a sign at the register with contact information of the district manager, who wants to know of any problems."
"Store is always a mess, can get to anything in the middle aisles"
"I am sad to write this review because I have enjoyed shopping here since I moved to Andrews in January. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars here since then.. Today, as soon as I walked in the young worker asked if I needed any help. “No thanks” I responded. I thought she was just being nice but then I started noticing every aisle I went down, she went down too. She pretended to be working, “stocking” shelves on each aisle I happened to walk down. Once I was in clear view of the register, she walked to her coworker and started talking blatantly about me and how suspicious I was, “he’s been in here for 20 mins!” “I know he’s been down every aisle”... Since when the hell is 20 mins too long to be in a store?! Since when is it NOT OKAY to go into a store not certain what you may buy?! It’s supposed to be a good thing.. I had about $50 worth of items and was about fed up. It felt not only degrading but humiliating.. I’m sure there were other shoppers listening to her talk to the manager on the phone about me. Interesting enough, i recall the manager looking at me suspiciously before but disregarded it then as ignorance. I didn’t steal one item. Never had any intention to do so. I have enough money to buy what I need. This is hurtful and rude, not only did she follow me around every corner but she talked loudly about me in front of other customers trying to make me look like some bad guy. This was the young girl who always says “Have a blessed day” at the checkout lane. Judge mental much?! What an experience.. I hope nobody has to go through what I just did. Never have I felt so disrespected and discriminated against. This store will not continue receiving my money until they fix their personnel problems. The lady could’ve gone about her business and worked instead of assuming every customer is a thief."
"They have the same deals as every Dollar General, and this one is a good sized store. I recommend that if you're going out at night for something, make sure you're there by 9:45 at the latest. Their hours are until 10, but the associate even admitted that they try to close 5 or 10 minutes before. We we went on Friday night, got there at 9:53 and they were already locked up. It made it very inconvenient."
