"Friendly staff but per the manager they refused to discount a damaged book. They only had one available and still told me that I could either purchase it at full price or not purchase it all. Very bizarre business practice."

"This is a lovely BAM and the employees are helpful. I like the way they have their selection set up. Also they have a little area called "Staff Picks" and the books are wrapped in brown paper with a drawing or something on the cover from the staff who recommended the book. They write a brief description of the book without telling you the name of the book. I picked out this one. Loves the personal touch of the staff art work with the wedding rings and description. I asked who the person was that suggested this book and they think it was Sidney/Sydney. Great pick! Very happy with the book. It is "Angelika Frankenstein Makes Her Match". This location has a decent selection of books other items. Worth the trip."

"Books-a-million always has some great bargain book prices and this store generally has a pretty good selection. I do wish they would carry more of the most recent sci-fi and fantasy, my two favorite genres!!"
