"This morning I had the opportunity to go into the store and be fitted and coached by an amazing employee, Mr Chance did a phenomenal job, very respectful and helpful all though I decided to go with another route he definitely did an amazing job with everything. This store should feel fortunate to have him and if not I'd be happy to take him as an employee any day!"

"If I could put negative stars, I absolutely would. This place is a complete joke. My husband went there to get measurements for a wedding he is in. He walks in, no one is there. There’s 3 people working. They tell him that he has to come back because they have a wedding party coming in. So he drives around for a while because he didn’t want to drive all the way home and back, and no one is there yet and they still refuse to take his measurements. He asked “so if I came in to buy a suit, you wouldn’t help me?” They respond, “yes, if you were buying a suit, we would take your measurements.” So they still refused to serve him when he came back because of their “policies”. Then they threatened to call the cops because my husband was mad that they wouldn’t take his measurements. Extremely rude and incompetent people! Your polices are stupid and considering we still have to pay to rent the suit, DO BETTER! You guys suck!!!"

"Very poor customer service skills from the manager J I do not recommend Men’s Wearhouse or J the manager for nothing NOTHING!!! If you put a 2 x 4 board in the manager J ‘s Place it would have a better personality They totally dropped the ball and do not care they have a 3.7 star review And I totally understand why The shirt they gave me was totally wore out with yellow neck stains yellow stains under the armpits and wrinkly very wrinkly my suit did not match to different colors and the manager J was a total jerk about the whole situation no customer service skills whatsoever and why in the world does Men’s Wearhouse have him as the manager when somebody walks in the door and you’re the manager your outgoing you greet them you help them you multitask you wait on two or three people at the same time again a 2 x 4 board has a more personality than that manager never will I go back and never will I recommend and I will always try to steer people away from there just because my experience with the manager was very bad very very bad. He thinks he’s better than everybody else he thinks he’s doing you a favor and the way he talks no customer service skills. I am the general manager of a company that has 4900 five star reviews I know what it takes to achieve that accomplishment and I totally understand why mens wear house has 3.7 star reviews The store needs a total makeover on employees and definitely the gentleman that is the manager now"

"Came in today to schedule an appointment for a fitting for my son and I. Sean finished up with another client an squeezed us in. I haven't experienced customer service this good in years!! I will never go anywhere else from now on. We just couldn't be happier."

"Very rude and adamant you have an appointment although it doesn’t state anywhere on their store front or website that an appointment is preferred. It was understandable to wait as they were super busy when we first got to the store. But upon entry, we were told we could join the wait list and we would be helped according to number in line. At this time, we were told there was one ahead of us. But after an hour of waiting, and only one group was left in the building and SEVERAL employees were standing around doing nothing it’s safe to say we were frustrated. After about an hour we were approached again and then offered an appointment on Monday. We both work full time week day jobs, and asked again if we could be helped while we were already in store as we were previously told we could. All in all our time with a stylist took MAYBE 20 minutes, and we waited over an hour while several employees sat around doing nothing as you can see in the photo attached. Don’t go here without an appointment, they’re too lazy to actually help."
