"Drive through window lady NEVER asks if we want our receipt and never just goves it and always is short with people and seemingly in a foul mood. She gets really angry if we order ahead on the app and go through the drive through to pick up. This is the closest to work so sadly she's there every time I go and I don't even bother using the app anymore, her mood just isn't worth it."
