"My friend’s car got stuck on a steep mountain road in Gatlinburg right as we were leaving town to head to the Atlanta airport. Jeff showed up within 30 minutes of our call and was able to tow the car out of a precarious spot in 10 minutes! Jeff was kind and professional, and because of him I was able to make my flight back home. Thank you Jeff!"

"Absolutely terrible experience. Jeff towed my 2000 corvette when it broke down at our cabin in the mountains. My car was overheating and I had taken a picture of it to send to my wife. In the picture you can see the passenger side of the vehicle is not damaged in anyway however when I picked my car up from the repair shop there was broken fiberglass. I have tried to call and send text messages with no response from Jeff. I do not recommend his service to anyone"
