"I called to check on the status of my order for nursing school and was placed on hold for 20 min. She said she was helping another customer and then would be with me.But all I could hear is the lady talking on the phone with another lady about another employee and using foul language. And showing more concern about printing a sign saying they were going to be closed for Easter than answering my question. Very unprofessional. No one ever picked up to help me with my question and I spent over a $100 with this business! Very upset! Let me correct this .... I spoke with the owner and she apologized and corrected this mistake so fast! I'm very pleased with how she corrected this and proved to care about my concern! My order has been mailed off the very next day!"

"I don’t recommend EVER using Best Uniforms in Johnson City. I went to order one wine colored uniform and somehow they put that I ordered two. When I tried to tell them I only ordered one they refused to give me my money back. I asked them to review the store video camera and the boss said she would but wouldn’t let me see it. Bad business and rude employees."

"Ordering scrubs was pretty easy, I quick assessment by the sales person and my order was made. After receiving a call to pick up I came into the store and the associate was unable to find my order, I told her I received a phone call that they were in and after 15 minutes of trying to find it she acted like I must have been wrong or I needed to find a solution for her. So I played the VM I received on speaker for all in the store to here and she says oh let me look it up by your phone number, my name was spelled wrong in the computer...."

"When I went in I had a good experience. I placed an order for shoes on Monday was told they would be here on weWednesdof the following week. Today is Wednesday I have had to call multiple times after the third time speaking to someone she finally tells me they lost my shoes and that they reordered new ones and might be here this Friday. I needed the shoes today on the day I was told I they would be here. I've tried calling back for the last hour and the phone remains busy. They are not be helpful at all about this issue."
