Recently we had an issue with a staff member who, with good intentions, tried to explain that my daughter had her eyes set on a sweater that was much too big for her and that he didn’t want her to be disappointed. He didn’t realize that, in part to her specific neurodivergence, she prefers her comfy clothes to be very oversized. My daughter’s aunt called later on to relay how this affected my daughter. Lindsay was extremely understanding and was able to help us get the sweater - the employees here are so kind and they >all"

"This is the best hot topic I have ever walked into! The store itself is much larger than any other I've been in, the aisles are large enough to walk through without knocking over everything in your path. Merchandise is grouped intuitively, and fully displayed and clearly labeled - not the usual hunt and hope to find the items you are looking for. The staff was very pleasant and while keeping a watchful eye on customers, there was not the feeling of being "spied on" which makes shopping here a really pleasant experience."
