We had some issues that needed to be taken care of that our local store (fayetteville) messed up, and the Asheville location handled them within minutes! Every staff member we interacted with was very kind, helpful, and had great input and suggestions for my wedding party and I!"

"Will not be returning to this, or likely any other, men's wearhouse. Tried to make a return of items purchased yesterday. The salesperson tried putting the refund on a gift card. When I said I wanted a refund, they said it couldn't be done because it was already on the gift card. After 10 minutes of another salesman on the phone with corporate, I now have to wait for MW to mail me a check. I have a feeling this will be a $96 lesson of where not to shop. Also, sales staff at this location tend to be incredibly pushy."

"Completely incompetent and pushy staff. There are plenty other places to get a suit in Asheville to deal with this place. Made a purchase with a debit card, retuned the item and without my consent the refund was placed on a store credit. I pointed to the receipt and now I have to wait 10days to receive a check from corporate since Samantha purposely gave store credit and not a refund. Again, complete incompetence all around. My opinion, go somewhere else."

Julio told me about the right time to come in without having to make an appointment, and Jesse helped me size and pick out a nice rental suit for a wedding in Chicago I'm attending. Jesse was also very helpful in giving me confidence in the look and feel of the rental. Thanks for the wonderful customer service. It goes a long way these days."
