"I would NOT trust Rob or Zac any further that I could throw them. They had listed a vehicle on marketplace. I contacted Zac and was told that I could contact Rob about coming to see it. We are about 2hrs drive away. I contacted Rob and said we were on the way. About 10 minutes before arriving, I get a text saying it was sold. Great business practice!!! You could have told them we were coming to look at it and would be there soon. Rob should have texted me as soon as another person was looking at the vehicle. We were told we could have put a hold on it with a credit card. Why would I do that when I've not even seen this vehicle. Neither Rob or Zac said nothing about this prior to us traveling 2 hrs to see this vehicle. Besides, Rob should have told them were going going to be there soon. Both of them dropped the ball and I wouldn't trust either one of them to change my oil and be honest about it."

"I am not one to give out reviews normally. This being the exception very responsive team. Full disclosure of condition of vehicle and even took additional pictures that I requested. Owner picked me up from a designated spot that was 20+ minutes out from dealership. They even threw the car up on the lift so I could see the bottom. They have restored my faith in small dealership customer service. I highly recommend them."

"Amazing Dealership, they may be small but their deals are Amazing i bought a 2012 ford focus sedan with 164k miles on it for just 6k i though because of the price it might have some issues or scraching or something but no the car was perfectly fine. The owner is a really nice and great guy and is willing to go down with prices but the price you see is tax and tag included so honestly ask and make sure if you can drop down then ask to also do tax and tag. 1 of the best car dealerships in lenoir and if i ever need another vehicle definitely coming here again"
