"My husband purchased a set of beard clippers and they didn't work, his purchase was 12 hours prior and he had his receipt. He was told they can't give money back on Electronics. With a receipt, according to the websites information on the return policy we are eligible for refund my. The policy says nothing anywhere about not being allowed a refund except on CDs and DVDs being exchange for the same title only. What good is a return policy if employees don't honor it"
