"Fruit wasn't as fresh as some other grocery stores visited. Staff somewhat friendly. Some staff not as courteous as others. The workers have isles block working but could allow you to pass through to get your item. They have enough time for conversation with vendors. Overall I didn't get a feeling of wanting to return. I love shopping at Food Lion. However I don't think I will visit this store again in near future."
"Service desk was shut down and the manager refused to sell me a money order. HE had time to walk over and chat with other workers but "didn't have time to work the Service Desk" great PR. Also a large container of trash was left out in FRONT of the store. Again if he had time to chat HE had time to keep an eye out on ALL the store departments, not just look over shoulder of a cashier he was training. As if employees standing out back getting high wasn't a big enough issue. Corporate needs to send in a "Undercover Boss""
