"I have stopped at this store 3 or 4 times to pick up minimal supplies & return ink. During my last visit I looked at filing cabinets (mine was on its last leg - but I was just looking...). Kim S. assisted me: she went so out of her way to help me with a filing cabinet that I spotted. She sold me this filing cabinet at an amazing price, she saved me even more money while assisting with the store's app. She continued helping me by making all purchases extremely easy: helping me find needed items, saving me money on the cabinet and by making my time in the store pleasurable. All in this store have always been positive, helpful, and friendly. This is quite appreciated."

"I will only purchase products I cannot wait to have! This is the worst managed office supply store I have ever tried to deal with. There is only one man that seems to have any ability to think and is constantly busy and working. On Wednesday I was told "the truck has made deliveries" and items would be out next week. I specifically said what items i was looking for. I returned the next Tuesday, and was told that no stocking had been done."
