"Arrived at 5:52 pm. Told 20-30 minute wait. After 45 minutes and seeing others that arrived later being seated I asked host when we would likely be getting seated. We were finally seated at 7:05pm (1 hr 12 minutes after arrival). We then sat for 15-20 minutes with no acknowledgement by a server and finally asked if a server had been assigned. We ordered appetizers and meal when server finally came to take our order. Appetizers came out at 7:40pm- yes- a mere 12 minutes shy of TWO HOURS after we arrived. No apologies. All I can think is because they figured they were guaranteed 18% gratuity for party of 6 or more no effort was needed. I am very disappointed in the experience and lack of apology on wasting so much of our time. 20-30 minute wait I understand 1 hr 48 minutes to get drink and appetizer??? Mind blowing and disappointing"
"Surprisingly good. Had the Chirashi and the price and portion was excellent. The mayo based ginger salad dressing was 98.9% mayo and the salad was wet . Not good. We also had two hand rolls and two special rolls that were both very good ."
