"I've bought and sold many vehicles dealt with many dealerships. This one was the absolute worst. First I asked about a vehicle they said it available would appraise my trade. Took pictures sent Vin to them . The guy texts after leaving for the day that that vehicle was sold. Never did the appraisal on mine would call me in the morning. 5 pm next never got a call after picking another vehicle. I called to complain ask for sales Manger found out that was who I had been dealing with said he forgot was too busy really. I'm done too many good dealerships out there"

"Went to trade my vehicle, I was upfront with the sales team that my vehicle had some mild damage. We had previously looked at vehicles so I knew what the trade-in was worth. We drove the desired vehicle and loved it. When the gentleman that gave us the trade-in value told us the number he was extremely rude and basically said for us to get it fixed then he will reevaluate it. He would not negotiate with us at all even though I offered to just trade and not deal with the damage on my own. Our salesman Josh was great, however due the interaction we had with the rest of the dealership we will never return! Per the website: For us, "customer service" means making your car buying experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.… this is obviously not viewed by all of the staff at the dealership currently."
