"If you could give o stars i would. Bad experience all around. Won't repair a car once they sell it. They did $3500 damage to my car with their rollback (which is on tape) and refused to take redresponsibil for it. As I understand it their rollback isn't too be on the road. I couldn't afford to fix the car to drive it and make a payment. They came and repossessed my car with no letter, phone call, and against my will. Those ARE 3 laws in the state of Tn. they didn't abide by. Warning Don't waste your money here..."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Their vehicles sit at at farm for who knows how long. They don't tell you what is wrong with the vehicle. Even though it is as is. I have a car from there and when I asked about the hard shifting the first day I was told it needed to be driven from sitting. I was told I has to change the oil myself. Within weeks I had not only done a tune up The car started loosing fluid more and more. After replacing hoses and pumps I had it checked out only to be told the head was cracked and had been for a while. Long enough for the rust to set up through the motor. I only had the car for two months when this was discovered. I called and talked to the owner who tried to blame the cracked head on me. I told them to come get the car and was told since I was making payments it was MY place to get it back to the lot since it was an as is. They haven't tried to repo but are loving to threaten to take me to court, never contacting me but going through family members when I have told them time and time again to come get it. The owner told me not to make payments since I couldn't drive it. Bad service all around. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't they as lien holder and dealer have to come get it? I'll never do business here again I'll never get my money back on a lemon car."

"Not happy with overall experenice. They said they would fix problem with car but didnt. Since we got the car its had transmission problems. We informed them of problem. Returned it to them twice. They said they fixed it. But the problem contiuned. They said they would do is right. When we took car back they said as is. After telling us they would do us right. They had bad attitude. Will not tell others about them."
