"Paid $18+ for a hamburger and hash browns with bacon and onions on top and a Coke. Tipped 5 dollars and got sent out the door with no napkins or fork. The person looked at me like I had lost my mind when I asked for bacon and onions on my hash browns. I need to worry about supplying the customers with basic needs like a Fork and Napkins"

"There are several options in my area to go to a Waffle House.. but the Statesville one is the friendliest,, best service and cleanest. The food is consistent and made to order if you want to modify just about any thing on the menu..of course, at reasonable cost. Thank you Statesville Waffle House!!"

"This was my worst experience at a waffle house I've ever had to deal with the eggs were uncooked the waffle was overcooked and cold once it finally got to me we received all of our food except our bacon we were given the wrong plate out of our 3 plates all of them had undercooked eggs with the membrane still showing grits were very watery my fiance didn't receive her waffle until 20 minutes of us being here and I had to stop the waitress and ask several times to even get butter once I finally received it my waffle might have well came out the freezer our bacon took until we finished what was edible (which was hardly anything) and Everytime we finished a cup of coffee it took 5 minutes to get a refill and to top everything off they weren't busy at all they had 3 tables including us"

"What’s not to love about Waffle House?? They are masters of organized chaos. The food is consistently good. The All star breakfast is my go to. The Sullivan Rd location is our fav. Always fun to watch the cooks and waitstaff do their thing."
