"Wednesday, 12/27 ~ Hope everything is okay…Went to the store, Lights are out and door is locked. No note on door. Sat in the parking lot from 9:30am to 10:00am. Quite a few people walked up, tried the door, turned around and left. Are they out of business?"

"No air conditioner right now. Employees are sweating buckets and the store has a smell. Customers are sweating, its pretty bad. Corporate has been notified yet nothing has changed. This is ridiculous. Had to come rreceived. Avoid this hot box until the air is repaired, or sweat like no tomorrow."

"Love the location because its convenientto my home but It's hardly ever stocked, there are always product to be out out. The cashiers attitude are hit and miss also, almost like someone is forcing them to work. I'm not use to this type of service out of DG."

"We arrived at this location tonight around 8:45pm with the intention of running in and grabbing a couple of items. An elderly female employee rudely walked up to us and stated “we’re closed.” I replied “online it read you would close at 10.” She frowned and yelled “well the sign on the door says we close at 9.” I replied “ok, it’s only 8:45.” She yelled again “we’re closed!” Her male co-worker looked at us with sympathy. We asked if we could purchase the items we already had. She rolled her eyes, let us know by her body language that we were bothering her and haughtily stated yeah! This employee displayed customer service at.its.worst! I hope the franchise owner of this location understands the magnitude of the negative behavior exhibited this evening. Worst experience EVER!!"

"This is not your every day convenience store. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a warm and friendly person named Ashley. Our mission was to purchase balloons for our daughters birthday the next day. Ashley was very helpful in asking us important details as to when the time of the party was going to be. She even noted that the regular balloons would not put on the best show unless picked up day of. With this all taken into consideration, she quickly suggested that she could have everything ready for us at any time we needed the next day. How could we say no? True to her word, I quickly walked in to the store the next day and saw everything bundled neatly and wrapped in a plastic bag for protection from popping. I was in and out in less than a minute. She created a lasting customer experience for us that day and she is a tremendous asset to Dollar General. Knowing that she is store manager tells me that Dollar General recognizes this. I do hope the company will continue to grow her into great things. -"
