"Best sushi I’ve had! I came for my birthday and ordered the Electric Eel roll and was so happy with my choice. This roll had the perfect consistency with so many layers of flavor. You got the creaminess of the cream cheese and the avocado mixed with the savory flavor of the crab and salmon topped with the slightest slice of lemon and eel sauce that ties it all together. A great choice for a tasty roll that will fill you up!"
"We discovered this place because we were looking for carb free sushi and did this place deliver. The chef for the night, Adam, went out of his way to create a lovely meal for my fiance and I. The other restaurant affiliated with thirsty monk over in biltmore Park, Tasty Greens, looks equally amazing and will be our next night out. Chef Clint really has his finger on the pulse of the asheville food scene."
"This is hands down the best Sushi and Seltzer in the Asheville area! Living no more than 5 minutes away we have hit the jackpot. Definitely will be repeat customers. As thirsty monk has always had an amazing reputation around town this is only an extension of an ongoing legacy! Love this place!"
"Sushi with beer or seltzer? An innovative idea, and one that absolutely works for me! This place is located in a commercial / office area, tucked away behind the busy street. The dine-in experience is eating in kitchen experience: I loved it since I was able to talk to the chefs through out the experience. It is clean, with a backdrop of brewery. There are a few seats inside by the bar and a couple of chairs & tables indoors. There are 4 large picnic tables (or beer garden tables) outside as well. Sushi: Be adventurous! These guys have special rolls that are fantastic twists on the main stream sushi rolls. A sushi roll with jalapeno? but the jalapeno had a little kick and did not really put my mouth on fire, just what made it perfect on a sushi."
"Holy lort. I haven't had Thirsty Monk's beer yet, but they're batting 1000 with Top of the Monk cocktails and this place. Y'all. The seltzer is fire. The sushi is fire. I got the pom&ginger seltzer and and a delicious sushi roll stuffed with salmon, eel, and citrus and dined like Bacchus on the patio. It was a great way to spend the afternoon. My only complaint is that they aren't closer to my house so I can properly stumble home. Come here so this little business can expand."
