"I come in here more often than I'd like to admit for milkshakes or guilty pleasures. I'd ordered a chicken ranch wrap and it had ranch and lettuce but no chicken. It was really not that good. There was a very kind cashier that day though that had brightened my night up before I realized my chicken wrap was missing its most important ingredient. Mae was very helpful and seemed to keep busy even while no one was in line while I waited for my food."

"Went on 01/01/2024 at 12:53AM ordered two orders of chili and cheese hotdogs. (Chili and cheese are an upcharge of .50 cent a hotdog) just to wait 25 minutes for my order, get home and realized none of the hotdogs have chili. I then called the location and asked to have them remade and I would come pick them up. The employee then proceeds to tell me they are out of chili. I then asked okay well if so, why wouldn’t the guy say something when he took my money. The employee then stated “I’m not interested in arguing with you over the phone, call back tomorrow and speak to the manager” and HANGS UP ON ME. Not one time was I rude. I will be calling their corporate first thing tomorrow. I will never return to this location."

"Ever since they tore down the Speedway on Old Hollow Road at Germanton Rd, I've started going to Sheetz before I hit the highway. I most always have a trailer behind me so getting in and out of gas stations is important for me. There is another gas station on my route, but its extremely overpriced and the inside smells like mothballs and urinal cakes. Each time I have been in this Sheetz, the store has been understocked and just nasty. The fountain drink station has cups strewn all over (if there are any in the receptacles), trash everywhere, drinks out of stock, drink syrup/soda spilled everywhere and you'd be lucky to find lids to match the cup you have gotten your drink in. This is the first Sheetz I've been in that has a security guard on duty. I haven't ever ordered food at this one, kind of scared to given the condition of other things I've seen in the store. Getting gas at the pumps is as one would expect. Never had an issue there, but the inside of the store.... Needs work and staff that care about their job. I've been a Sheetz fan for years and usually go to Sheetz if one is available but come on Sheetz... step up your game at this store and show it some love."

"Stopped here with the family and we all commented on how this Sheetz was rather rough compared to others: loud music, unattended shelves, and dirty bathrooms. That said, the folks working the registers and meal-prep were very nice"

"Easy access just off Hwy 52. The place was pretty packed but there was an open pump. They seem to have about everything you can think of to snack or eat, even a drive thru. Nice to see the window cleaner and paper towels were full and stocked at the pump."
