"This place of business is absolutely horrible! They don't even deserve one star because the car they rented me was not road worthy. The wipers were bad, foul smell on the inside, USB port didn't work, and the check engine light came on a few hrs after I rented it. I called to let them know of the problems with the car especially the check engine light and they stated that they knew about it but failed to disclose that information to me! Very dissatisfied with the car and the attitudes of the employees."

"Unknowledgeable Mechanics, damaged my Toyota, then denied liability for damages they caused, I was treated rudely after asking them to repair or replace what they damaged!!! They did not offer to reimburse me for all the lights in the center console I paid for and replaced myself that worked before they removed the unit. Now my Radio that shorts out randomly, they said well we will try to find a used replacement radio after I argued enough to satisfy the owner, but we don’t know when because it will be hard to find, but pretty much said deal with it in a rude way if u want us to attempt to find something cheap “we will not replace this with anything new” I was told rudely. Did not offer to replace with a unit that could be installed sooner. The worst part is I took it to them because it was locked in 4wd, told them the Toyota Dealership advised a high chance it was the actuators. Mechanic ignored that and took my console apart which caused all these problems listed above that G and J’s owner said is just chance. After a week the mechanic told me he thought it was the main computer, I had it towed to Toyota Dealership and they fixed it in 3 days without removing the dash again or damaging my vehicle. It was the actuators by the way! I wouldn’t even take my vehicle there for an oil change, trust me on that!!!"

"Was in talks with this dealership about trading in my mustang as a down payment on an Audi. After several communications back and forth, they stopped responding. I left a review of the company stating this, to which they replied, "we sent you an offer and you never responded". I never received an offer, nor have I received a reply to my request that the offer be resent."
