"Pharmacist Alla was too busy to give a flu shot to my immune compromised mother. They were happy to schedule on another day or wait an hour but still couldn’t promise they could do it then. They used to beg for everyone to get a flu shot so Im not sure what has changed. We went to the other CVS and got one within a minutes."
