"My daughter and I have been to this location multiple times and tonight was just awful. The service is lacking big time. The waitress that we had came to our table four times. 1. Drink order, 2. Drop off drinks and obtain food order, 3. Bring the food. I had to get up and go ask for a box and the bill. 4. To give us the bill. I did call and complain and I was told tonight was her last night! If you want to be in the service industry then treat the customers the way you would want to be treated, PERIOD!! BTW I tip very well for good service even if the food isn’t that great! If I go back it will be a good while!!"
"I am for giving places a second time, but if it is dirty the first time, odds are it will be again. First time I went to the other location, and the chairs had dried up soy sauce on them. This time, we came to this location, and the soy sauce bottle was all caked up with dried up sauce. This is disgusting, and a major food code violation. So dirty is a systemic problem. Not coming back."
"I always enjoy this place... sometimes the service is a bit slow but the food never disappoints... I think they have the best onion soup... I have never got something and didn't like it from here!"
"I ordered a Habachi Filet Mignon with a medium cook. The steak was well done, and it doesn't taste anywhere close to a Filet Mignon. It is a regular cheap steak. The brown rice, flavor of the dish, ginger salad, and onion soup are excellent. Service is excellent also."
