"I went to the drive-thru line to order a 3 piece WING dinner for my mother. I was told that there were no wings ready and it would be a 20-minute wait. I told the cashier that it was ok and I don't mind the wait. I ordered a 3 piece wing dinner with cajun pintos and dirty rice. My drink of choice was a Pepsi with very light ice and 2 bo-berry biscuits. So I looked in the box after waiting 20 minutes for wings, and it looked like my order was correct. Once I dropped the food to my mother, I had to go back to work. En route, she called me stating that she indeed DID NOT get her 3 wing dinner but got 2 thighs and a leg and only 1 bo-berry biscuit. She called the restaurant to state that her order was wrong, and they stated that she didn't order the 3 piece wing dinner. She asked to speak to the manager, and they put her on mute and then dropped the call. She tried to call back, but the line was busy. This is UNACCEPTABLE customer service."

"Would not give 1 star. Rude employees that work in the evening. They serve cold chicken and when asked to get fresh chicken they get an attitude. Lobby doors are always locked so you always have to go through drive through. I will be calling corporate because this is a constant issue. Need new management."

"It's like the 5th time I've came to this location and they served me cold chicken . When I asked for hot chicken they looked at me like something was wrong and then told it would be a 20 min Waite . Is there not a shelf life like other fast food restaurants after a certain amount of time you have to put fresh product out?"

"First... we love bojangles so this is just a comment for this location... they were rude and even though the restaurant was closed and the drive thru was open there was no customer service or etiquette to customers. We waited in the curbside 1hr for 7 meals I asked for the manager and they said oh well you should have just come thru the drive through...I ordered sweets and the employee was just like in all out so figure it out on your own how to get a refund (which I couldn't) was just horrible. Seasoned frie not seasoned, Pepsi zero became diet Pepsi out of lack of caring for the specifications of the order... then no one wanted to ask to get the meals made to order for the possibly of tampering with the food.. you know what I mean..."

"Rude, Impatient staff and management. I don’t understand why these people work in a service occupation when they appear to only be concerned about their own convenience. Talking rude to customers with the worst attitude. I called to make a substantial large group purchase, called ahead to prepare them, told them this would be a monthly occurring order. They were just rude. still had to wait almost an hour when I got there. The food was for a charity. As far as I’m concerned, they are just slinging hash. you cannot even appeal to management because they support this mess. I’m sure the quality of the food will reflect that as well. They will not get my business again. ."
