"I love 21 Salon and Boutique! I have made many cute clothing, shoe, and jewelry purchases from the boutique as well as see Caitlyn regularly for a dip powder manicure and pedicure. I had my first facial today by Kim, and it was amazing! Her products are so good for sensitive skin and the facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. 10/10 would recommend everyone there!"

"Very disappointed with my service. Stylist was an hour late, she did text, it took over 4 hours to get my hair done. My hair was over processed and felt sticky and brittle when I was done. I spoke to the owner and she did confirm that product( hair color) had been left in my hair. She offered to wash it again but I declined. It was 5:30 on a Friday night and I was done. I was charged full price. I won’t be going back."
