"We have been to this location a few times. The first time we went I was highly disappointed. However, I told my husband we could give it another shot. The last few times we have been the location is packing out to go orders, food is in rotation and fresh! The crew all work together to get you taken care of. The resturant is usually clean and well stocked. For a "Fast Food" location this is the one of the better spots. *Not the stores fault* Whoever desinged the parking lot for Panda and Chipotle must have lost their mind. Proceed with caution when venturing around the area."

"I was out shopping and was getting hungry, so a friend told me about Panda Express and how easy it is the download their app and order from there. I had my small children in the car and I knew dining in was out of the question. And so, I ordered my food and picked it up when I made my way to the store (about 10 minutes later). It was hot and fresh. Great, friendly service."

"Had a bad experience at the Panda Express on Morganton near Cross Creek Mall.. decided to give this new location a try... but had another awful experience. Spent $80. Had to wait for the food, while they continued to serve other customers. I asked for Spring Rolls for having to wait and was told they can't do that. Then we found hair in one of the plates. The best the manager would do is only refund the one plate. But the manager did not apologize or speak to me about my complaints... I will not eat at another Panda Express because both experiences have been bad and no management to try to make the bad experience better. The owner of the franchises here in Fayetteville obviously does not care either."
