"Worst service ever for the lady covering this Sunday morning, I went on Wednesday and on Friday to let them know I needed some ballons filled with helium, the lady on Friday told me she would do 30 for me, we are ready for our event and today's lady just with her hand on her waist said "I'm not going to do it", seriously I went there 2ice to confirm all of this and just because there is a lack of communication among them I have to put my event in jeopardy? that is totally not a good customer service besides when a person is rude with their customers is a fact that it is not in the correct place to work for her."
"The employees are wonderful and very helpful. The store is very crowded. God forbid there was a fire or an emergency and the rescue had to get into the store. The people inside would be in trouble. The isles are to close and there's displays everywhere. Needs to be thinned out a little bit. Still love the store though."
