"The food quality is great but disappointed at inconsistent amount of meat. I ordered a large Buffalo chicken bowl and received two small scoops of chicken (seemed about half of what I usually receive here); I asked for double meat and got another scoop and one half. For $18 (including tip), would expect more and I’ve received more in the past for a “single meat” order."

"Just a salad with over cooked meat. I guess the meat is fresh in the morning, but I had a late lunch at 3 pm. The employee behind the counter was on his phone, scrolling away, while the communal tables in the center of the room had not been wiped down. I sat at the only booth that was semi clean. This is what happens when there is no manager/owner on site. Pity, because this place could have potential. The meats should only be cooked to order or removed after 2 hours in the warmer to prevent them being tough."

"Update- September 2022 I have been returning on and off even though it fell off my favorites list. I was shocked in the best way to see that real avocados were being offered at this restaurant again. I got a salad and came back a week later to make sure it was going to remain consistent and there were fresh avocados again! That alone earned a star increase. Now if only they would start mixing the dressing into the salads for us again, it would be perfect. It’s been years since I saw the silver bowls and salad tongs. Original review- 2020 I’ve been to this restaurant since it opened and must say I’m a little disappointed at how it’s changed. 1. The menu offerings are great. For the most part fresh and filling. There are vegan options also. They used to cut open the avocado and put it on the salad fresh but have since switched to a precut refrigerated/ frozen avocado which quite frankly tastes bad. It doesn’t make sense to offer fresh food but then make it less fresh. 2. The staff has gone through so many changes since opening and those left seem to be quite frankly over it. I understand the pandemic has been terrible for the food service industry but it makes it hard to patronize a business when the team doesn’t care. 3. The toppings bar is frequently out of ingredients which can be frustrating. 4. The option for your salads to be mixed in with the dressing is no longer. It was truly my favorite restaurant but has become increasingly less so. Hoping for a turnaround."
