"I ordered from the establishment from a recommendation. Oh, how I was sorely disappointed! I can only recommend that the egg drop soup and boneless spareribs were flavorful. Everything else was bland. No spices, nothing, barely salted.The vegetables in the vegetable fried rice were huge, almost dinosaur size and barely steamed or cooked. It only had broccoli and sugar snap beans, both 5-6 inches long and tough to chew. I also ordered shrimp fried rice, teriyaki chicken on a stick, house Mei fun "spicy" (one sprinkle of red roasted flakes-is that an Asian spice?), chicken fried rice, and chicken Lo Mein All were a disappointment. It was the worst food that I have ever tried to eat. The restaurant was very dark as I entered around 445p. It appears that construction is going on within the building to the right of the register. I saw a lot of clutter. I also noticed that there was not a scent or aroma of food being prepared at all. My food was brought out just as I was entering the door."

"I ordered from this place yesterday. And I will say the food was cooked fresh but the food at best was not seasoned well. I’m from. I’m from queens nyc and I’ll say the food was decent . I probably won’t order from here again because if I’m pressuring my food three delivery at least take the time to make sure the food is good and I must honestly say the delivery guy was nice but the food on a scale on 1 to ten and ten being the highest I give this place a 3.5"

"If you eat crab rangoons just look at the sad picture and I PROMISE YOU it sums up what you will receive for a meal in its entirety. We ordered several things and unless you have a jail house institutionalized palate then you going to realize there’s no life in this food. If the cooks can’t complete a crab rangoon satisfactorily you really think they can bring any other Chinese cuisines to life? It’s only not a 1 because it is EDIBLE. Hungry people eat"

"I will start off on a positive note, the only good thing about this was the cashier manager, Justin. He was extremely pleasant and as helpful as he could be. I picked up an order from this place and 10 minutes into eating it I thought half of a roach in my egg drop soup and upon inspecting my child orange chicken I found a roach legs. I immediately called the restaurant and was hung up on by the woman who answered the phone. When I called back Justin answered and told me that I would be given a full refund. I received a call from Justin about 20 minutes later stating that his manager was not going to allow him to offer me the refund without me bringing the food back in. I at time was home alone with my daughter who was sleeping so had no way of going to the restaurant so I asked if they could come to me the manager refused and said that I would not be getting a refund even though Justin offered to come and pick the food up. I told the manager that if I did not receive a full refund I would be filing a complaint with the health department and all he said was go ahead I don’t care. So beware, do not get food from this restaurant or you will end up eating roaches roaches and the manager will do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Not only is this absolutely disgusting, this is piss poor management. I would be giving this review zero stars if it were an option."
